Q: Do we have any current or suspected cases?

A: No. Out of an abundance of caution to protect our residents and staff, we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Q: Can I still drop off items?

A: Yes, items may still be dropped off if previously arranged and approved. We will continue with our normal drop off days.

Q: What are the signs and symptoms of COVID 19?

A: There are multiple signs and symptoms, that can show up 2-24 days after exposure. The most common that the CDC is recommending we screen for include fever, cough, and shortness of breath.

Q: When will visitation resume?

A: We are unclear on when we will be able to resume visitation but will update when we have made a determination.

Q: Can phone calls be arranged in place of visitation?

A: Yes, patients are able to schedule phone calls and zoom video conference calls through our treatment team. Phone calls may be used for more casual visitation encounters, and Zoom may be utilized for family sessions with a provider.
